General Body Meeting.
General body meeting of IVA, Kollam conducted on 3-08-09 at RAIC, Kootiyam, Dr. APS Nair addressed the meeting, IVA, Kollam Unit president Dr.K.G.Unnithan chaired the meeting. Dr.S. Chandrankutty, District Animal Husbandry Officer, KOLLAM VETS’ trust president Dr.N.Krishnapillai, Dr.O.P Raj, (AHOAK District President), Dr.Binny Samuel(KVSSA District President) addressed meeting. The general body unanimosly supported momvement of KOLLAM VETS’ trust movement of constructing VETERINARIANS’ BUILDING at Kollam
Foundation Stone
Foundation stone for the Veterinarians Building at Kollam laid by Dr.S.Chandrankutty, District Animal Husbandry Officer in the presence of Dr. N. Krishnapillai, President, Kollam Vet's Trust, and Dr. K.K Thomas, Secretary, IVA, Kollam. Around 25 Veterinarians with family were present at the occasion. It is proposed to construct a two storey building as first phase with a conference hall with 150 seating capacity at the ground floor and 3 guest rooms at the first floor. Expected to complete the construction within a year. Total cost of construction estimated to Rs 25 lakhs.
